Build Guide:
It’s a pretty tricky build here are some things to consider.
Battery contacts: Flatten them out with pliers they have little ridges on them that need to be squashed so they fit.Once in place you need to fatten the head of the contact top and bottom to get the right distance with battery. If you leave them to high it can put pressure on the frame causing it to warp and make the door not fit. Sled: Tolerance is tight al over the design so make sure the sled is pressed against the frame without wires obstructing it or battery and door will not fit properly.Screws heads must be under the Tray holes, even slightly raised will but pressure on battery and door, when first assembling everything together try without screwing the tray in to see if it al works.Do not over tighten the screws. They are close to the body surface. Batteries and door. Door catches will be tight at first but will loosen up with time. Pull the door at a horizontal angle on each side to release. It’s very resilient so don’t worry about breaking it. 21700 battery sizes vary a LOT. Part of the overall design strength relies on having perfect fitting batteries. I use Samsung 30T’s and they fit great. Make sure you have some spare 21700 wraps as it can help re-wrapping batteries to get a great fit. Bottle: There is a slight kink in the bottle hose, don’t worry, juice flows fine!If you have extra hose have a few goes at cutting it at the right angle to fit the squonk connector.
