Product Description
The NZR General Manager's Inspection Railcar, RM1, was used from 1934-1940 on all North Island and South Island main and branch lines in New Zealand. It was known as the "Red Terror" - a nickname for the famous racehorse Phar Lap.
- The hubcaps for this vehicle are sold as a separate piece.
- I don't know of any way to mechanise this railcar in this size. If anyone succeeds, I would be interested to know and see.
- The 1:64 version of this railcar is available as a complete kit (including mechanism) from "The Railcar Company" who can be contacted via Facebook.
