Product Description
Windsock and Pedestal; HO Scale (1/87) arrives unpainted with a white, versatile plastic finish only. Use an Exacto knife to remove and the strip that joins the pad to the pedestal and discard the strip.
Spray the Pedestal and Windsock with aluminum colored plastic bonding paint. I use Rust-O-leum 2X. Mask off the windsock from the pedestal and spray paint it with a bright orange paint.
Spray the pad with a concrete colored plastic bonding paint. Let dry and glue the pedistal to the pad with white, clear-drying glue. Elmers works.
