Parts for the 1.49 ED SuperFury. For finishing use a tube of fresh thin (and cheap) cyano. Lay it in the fridge and apply it cold in two stages. In the second stage you apply it where your fingers were in the first stage. Don't let the glue block any of the holes, especially the pinhole. Hardened cyano is much harder than the printmaterial causing the drill to deflect and the hole is no longer true. Takes the original ED RC needle valve assembly. But I think it will take a whole range of NVA´s. The barrel can be adapted by shortening. Diameter of the intended tube (the spraybar) is 3.6mm. Apart from a NVA you will need an oversized washer of about 12-14mm diameter and between .5 and 1mm thick to secure the barrel. Runs normal Counter Clockwise. As there is no demand for Clockwise Operation I didn´t bother. Disclaimer: You can use these products at your own risk. I have a job, not a business. I do not make any money at all from these designs. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Be so kind to share your experiences.
4/24 V2 uploaded. The flange is .3mm thicker from 2.5 to 2.8mm. Effectively reducing the depth with .3mm. For an easier fit the barrel diameter is slightly reduced and has another .1mm side to side play.
5/15 V3 uploaded. The barrelholder is beefed up in the middle from 1.2 to1.6mm. It's also moved 1.5mm away from the flange. The bore of the barrelholder is now constant and the oversized washer should clear the head of the (flange)screw. Should be easier to finish.
8-23-2018 V4. I changed the rotating valve. The former one spat out some fuel while starting.
Shapeways changed its pricing policy: they count howmany parts there are in the print. So I stitched them together.
