The Arcanist's Pendant combines the trundle wheel, protractor, plumb, level, and sextant in a delicious attention-getting medallion.
This version is the Metric version, for those of us who love THE POWER OF TEN. A 20cm circumference means 5 rotations to a meter.
The points created by the spokes are at fifteen degree intervals, for use on flat surfaces as a protractor or when hanging as a plumb and level.
For the truly daring, hanging the pendant and looking across the disk of the medallion, an incident angle to a distant object can be determined for navigation and surveying purposes.
