KC02 CQB Clamshell Kit

I was inspired to make this by the Rhineland Arms Subzero 10/22 kit, which is no longer in production. 

This is a two part clamshell type fit. Assembly will require:
- one M3x30 screw and nut
- one M5 nut for mounting the stock tube
- the square grip nut from the original KC02 stock
- a grip of your choosing (I used a Magpul grip on mine)
- an M4x30* screw and nut
- an M4 AEG stock tube
- and a stock. 

* Instead of the M4 screw and nut, I used a Slong M4 mounting point on one side and a QD sling mount on the other. These were held in place by an M4x10 screw. https://www.slong.com.tw/shop.php?html=goods&id=112

The holes on the front beside the barrel are for mounting old-style M-lok rails should you choose. (These are not present on the one in the above photos as it is an earlier version.)

Pair this kit with my 125mm outer barrel and my new Top Rail with captive hop screw for an incredibly compact KC02!

Please note, this kit does NOT require permanant modifications to your KC or it's interior parts, except maybe the inner barrel if you choose to shorten rather than replace it.
