This is what a TOS style Miranda Class could have looked like, if you believe there is such a variant and the known ships from the movie, TNG and DS9 are refits, like the Constitution Class too. Personally i don't believe in a TOS Miranda. It is much more plausible that the Miranda Class as we first saw it in form of the Reliant is a genuine design, much newer than the original Constitution design. The Miranda Class must have been a great success, so much that it was still produced up to the time of TNG and fought in vast numbers even in the Dominion War, while there were no Constitutions around (except for the debris in the graveyard scene in "Best Of Both Worlds", but that is hard to spot and easy to miss).
