This is the mounting part for my DIY binaural mic, inspired by the 3Dio binaural mic.
Add a hotshoe to tripod mount on the bottom to mount this baby to any camera.
Make 2 ears, from silicone rubber in this mould: https://www.shapeways.com/product/9SYDJDQQA/binaural-ear-mould
Make a hole for the ear canal, insert 2 condenser microphones and lead the cables through the exit. Solder a stereo headphone jack to the end to insert the mic into the camera or recorder.
Use 6 20mm M4 bolts, nuts and washers to connect the eras to the sides.
If you use a canon DSLR, use the magic lantern formware to have some control over analog and digital gain.
