VW Jetta Mk6 Parking Brake Button - Metal

This parking brake button is a replacement for a broken OEM unit on a VW Jetta (and GLI) Mk6 2011-2018.  This may fit other VW models as well, but I have not tested on any cars beside my own.  I designed this button in Rhinoceros, prototyped in PLA, and have successfully printed high-quality final versions in metal and plastic.

Install
The button is designed to slip onto two 10-24 hex nuts with an OD of 3/8" (not supplied) which should be tightened onto the threaded rod, securing the original spring inside the parking brake handle.  At that point, the new button should slide into place and stay on its own, but you may glue it in place if you like.
