Realizing that a war sometimes (most times) is not fought on nicely paved highways, the government tasked Olympiadica Manufacturing to redesign their tank so that it would be capable not only of confronting enemy forces while also providing physical cover for infantry in cities, but so that it could do the same in non-paved areas as well (whatever those places are called). Olympiadica Manufacturing developed the Erets Mk12Battle Tank to fit the bill. Keeping with their unofficial company model, "saved money is more we have later," the engineers updated the chassis with a more all-terrain friendly track system without compromising the heavily armor or moving the front housed engine. Thus the Erets Mk2 is still capable of both deflecting enemy fire and eliminating enemy targets while providing mobile cover to friendly infantry.
