UW/Pach Store Ani Proffie

Chassis for the Pach Store Ultimate Works AA hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.

This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board
-KR Sabers 22mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-2.1mm x 5.5mm PCB laptop style recharge port (rectangular front)
-Two 4.3x6x6mm tactile switches
-Two 3mm LEDs for use behind the red & green bevels in the hilt

This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
The recharge port requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
This chassis is designed to slide out of the pommel to reveal the recharge port without further dismantling of the hilt.
Once the chassis is fully wired & checked, and the black collar on the hilt is dismantled, unscrew the grub enough for the chassis to slide in. When the chassis is in place, screw in the grub screw partially without clamping the chassis, this will allow the chassis to partially slide in & out of the pommel without fully falling out.
Screwing the pommel back in will secure the chassis between the pommel and the grub screw, stopping it from moving or falling out of the emitter.
