Hypothetical conversion for the Alaska class into guided missile cruisers along the lines of the Boston class conversion program, with the removal of the main aft turret, with a similar superstructure to the one adopted for USS Canberra (CAG-2).
There was a historical conversion design for the Alaska class ships that was considered but never carried out; the parts here are not representative of that specific project, albeit it would have been relatively similar.
