Inspiration for my design:
I created the design so that when I wear it, it would help remind me of key moments and people in the Bible that are integral to my christian faith. It covers the Bible from beginning to the end, Genesis to Revelation. Below is an explanation of what it means to me personally and what inspired it.

The whole pendant is made up of 12 rings total. These rings represents the 12 sons of Jacob and the 12 tribes of Israel that the descendants of Jacob's son's become. (Jacob was a man with many flaws that God renamed from Jacob to Israel in Genesis 32:28. God showed him a vision of a staircase leading to heaven which represents and foretells God making a way to heaven for his descendants and all people in Genesis 28:10-15. God promised to bless and protect him and his descendants in Genesis 28:10-15)The 12 rings that make up the pendant also represent the 12 disciples of Jesus that Jesus lived with, revealed his divinity to, inspired to follow his teachings, and gave the responsibility to start his church of believers throughout the Gospels and book of Acts in the Bible (Matthew through Acts). His church still grows today.

The 7 rings in a row at the bottom of the pendant represent the 7 days that God took to create the earth in Genesis chapters 1-2. The 7 rings also represent the 7 churches represented in the book of Revelation during the days that the apostle John lived, and the 7 churches Paul writes very important letters of encouragement and rebuke to in the books of Romans through Thessalonians. Paul is a man that had a personal encounter with Jesus whom God renamed from Saul to Paul (Paul, The man who originally lived to kill followers of Jesus but was converted by Jesus and in the end became a martyr for Jesus.)

The 3 rings in the middle that create the trinity symbol represent the three person's of the trinity that are one God but three persons. God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit. The cross located at the center of the pendant that is piercing the trinity rings (up above) and the 7 rings (down below) represents Jesus and his sacrifice that he made to humble himself, come down to earth to be born as a baby conceived by the power of the Holy spirit through a virgin birth, and grow up to die at the hands of humans on a cross so that God could make a way to for all people (Not just the descendants of Israel, all people) to be able to communicate with God and have eternal life in Heaven with Him!

Now if anyone wants to ask me about what the pendant means to me, I can tell them as much of the story of the Bible as they want to hear or point them to several stories in the Bible!
