N Gauge SR U Class Locomotive Structure

This commissioned item is an N Gauge scratch aid structure of the SR U Class, designed to fit a Farish N Class chassis.  While intended to be as close a fit as possible some small fettling may be required.  Holes are provided for handrails and additional details such as reverser, steps, safety valves etc need to be added separately.  The U1 Class is also available.<br /><br />(Note this version is based on the new-build U Class engines rather than the rebuilt former K Class tank engines.)<br /><br />IMPORTANT: while most models available here have been pre-tested and known to work, this scratch-aid has not been printed/tested by myself, so while the measurements appear correct it is considered strictly experimental.
