flyHolder frame v2

This frame is designed to hold a folded metal plate (available elsewhere) for mounting flies during imaging or electrophysiology. Instructions for assembly are available on the flyHolder website. We now recommend using Frosted Ultra Detail plastic for the material, because it is watertight and Shapeways is going to discontinue acrylic. This is version 2, which has two slight improvements over version 1:

1. The grooves on the underside (designed to allow fiber optics to illuminate the wingstrokes of the flies) are lower, which should hold the fibers in place more reliably.
2. The slots on the top have been replaced by holes in the back face. These holes allow the magnets to re-orient in place, providing stronger holding forces, and allowing multiple holders to be stacked for storage and transport.
