Consorci de la Zona Franca is a skyscraper in Barcelona, Spain. Completed in 2005, has 22 floors and rises 88 meters.

The concrete core includes escalators and elevators but also has a few windows illuminated at night with different colors such as pink, green and yellow. Some walls at ground level have an industrial look as they are pinted with blank and yellow stripes. Works were on hold from May 2004 to September 2004 because of the Forum 2004. When this event finished, the building was completed. The building has a similar design to Torre BEC. In both buildings the top floors hang from a structure on the top of a central concrete core. A 5-floor podium connects this building to Hotel AC Barcelona.
