Peak Design mobile adapter to Garmin quarter-turn

This can be installed on a Peak Design Universal Bar Mount (by replacing the elastic band attached by 4 screws) to allow it to be mounted on any Garmin quarter-turn mount (e.g., the Universal Out-front Mount). This is useful if, for example, you keep your mobile device in a Peak Design case, and want to use it on a bike that's equipped for Garmin bike computers.
