This art deco dirigible rocketship design is based on an old Flash Gordon cartoon from 1979/1980/1982 with details added to the cockpit window
The cartoon this rocket ship design is based on has a rather confusing production history.
The cartoon was originally created by Filmation in the late 1970‘s as a feature length animated movie "Flash Gordon - The Greatest Adventure of all"
However after it was initially created it was decided to turn the movie into a Saturday Morning cartoon series called “The New Adventures of Flash Gordon." This was back in the days when there actually were cartoons on Saturday Morning.
The series only lasted for two sessions. The first season was very good. The second, not so much.

After the series was canceled the animated movie version was broadcasted once on television in 1982. Unfortunately that movie version has never been rereleased but a bootlegged laser disk copy of it can be found on youtube.

I personally think the movie version is much better then the TV series
Both of these animated versions of Flash Gordon were somewhat overshadowed by the Flash Gordon live action movie from 1980 which has a notable cult following. But I happen to prefer either of the animated versions.

Of course all of these version sprang from the original comic strip Flash Gordon created by Alex Raymond in 1934.
