Tested to work, but still very experimental. Only buy if you are highly skilled techician and have previous experience on DSG's. Buy at your own risk.
This version has no axle as its too imprecise to print. In order to make this work you need to punch an axle off of another gear and install it in this one, or alternatively make one from 3mm steel rod. This gear works with 18:1 and 16:1 gear sets (also siegetek 10:1, 14:1 and 20:1). If you want to use other gear ratios I recommend the SHS compatible version instead. Durability of the gear is also better on the SHS compatible version and I recommend it over this one for any case.
Please note that because of print tolerance, manual fitting is required regarding the hole sizes. It is necessary to drill through the center axle hole with a 3mm bit for proper fit.

Cut the tappet plate fin to length of 6-7mm, and use a shortened tappet spring.
M150 spring minimum for 50rps, M160 or higher recommended for anything faster to avoid PME.
To maximise air volume don't use sorbothane and don't over adjust AOE.
Max barrel length 200mm.
