Originally built as a standard RNAD brake van built by Cravens, Chattenden and Upnor and W&LLR Van No.213 was rebuilt at the C&U as a fully enclosed van for use as a brake down van. Sold to the W&LLR, the vehicle has served as a brake van and tool van.
