The NCIA-93 was a small stealth starship used by Section 31 during the mid-23rd century. The vessels of this class are not equipped with cloaking devices but have a special hull coating to become almost invisible to sensors. The ships are also equipped with a special stealth mode that reduces radar cross-section.
