Product Description
A piece for interior detailing. Made to fit in Bachmann's OO/HO Scale Thomas & Friends Red Branchline Brake Coach, Emily's Brake Coach, Clarabel, the Holiday Brake Coach, or the Museum Brake Coach. This is a variant of my LBSC Stroudley 4-Wheel brake interior, but modified to appear more like the TV show prop, rather than the more realistic-styled interior.
Requires painting to finish, and may require some sanding to fit.
To insert into an off-the-shelf Bachmann model, the roof and window glazing piece must be removed carefully. This can be done by gently heating the plastic body with warm water or a hair dryer, and gently prying the roof and windows piece away from the body with a blunt screwdriver or other prying implement. Removal of factory-installed body weights may be necessary. This may need to be done with a cut-off disc or other cutting tool.
It should fit snugly.
If it is too large, sanding may be required to make it fit.
