These 4mm:1ft Gloucester Fastfreight bogies (2m wheelbase) are a straight rescale of the 3 mm version I did for the 3 mm PWA, without any further adjustment. I have checked the pinpoint distance and they should be good for 26 mm with P4 scale 2'6" diameter wheels. Other kinds of wheels I can't say. The flanges will project a little above the flat surface of the chassis, which is fine as long as the base of the pivot on the underside of the wagon isn't flush with the underside of the wagon floor. If it is, it will need shimming with a small washer, or scraping away the floor above the wheels to take the flanges on straights and curves. The central hole in the bogie chassis is 7mm diameter. If this is way bigger than the pivot you may need to fit a very short bit of tube over the pivot to take up the slack. If it's smaller, there is scope to enlarge it slightly with a round file or drill - but be careful. I can resize the hole and re-upload if there's a serious problem. If you need P4 wheels with scale 2'6" diameter and cannot source them elsewhere, I can add upload those too (they work fine on the 4mm BR Rectank).
