Choice of two nylon colors:  GRAY and BLACK
custom made for a feed slot 120mm x 13.24mm and Track Depth of 15mm

The difference between a prototype and this final design:
1.  bottom nipple pins were added to prevent the insert from sliding out of position.
2. side barbs were added to help snap-lock the insert in place.
3.  fingernail groove on the side edges to help with the squeeing removel of the insert.


INSTALL:  There are two 3/16" nipple pins on the bottom of the insert to prevent sliding of the insert.
Centrally position the insert in the feed slot and use a 1/16" drill bit through the guide hole of the nipple pin to mark the location in the back web of the feed slot after removing the insert.  I find that using a center punch to mark the spot helps prevent the 3/16" drill bit from wandering off center.
Now the insert should fully seat into the feed slot.
