Product Description
The Sopwith Camel was a British WWI single seat biplane fighter aircraft that was introduced on the Western Front in 1917. It was developed by the Sopwith Aviation Company as a successor to the Sopwith Pup and became one of the best known fighter aircraft of the Great War. The Sopwith Camel was powered by a Clerget 9B nine-cylinder air-cooled rotary aircraft engine - feel free to also check the 1/18 scale Clerget 9B 130 Hp radial engine miniature.
This kit contains all necessary parts for assembling ONE engine mounting plate miniature, sized at 1/18 scale. It can make a fine Sopwith Camel diorama display alongside with the 1/18 scale Clerget 9B 130 Hp radial engine miniature or same 1/18 scale (100mm) figures or aircrafts, although it will look just fine on its own of course. The miniature is available at 1/15 scale, at 1/16 scale and at 1/18 scale sizes. Any extra diorama accessories are not included and should be purchased separatey.
