Product Description
The Boeing 707 is a mid-sized, long-range, narrow-body, four-engine jet airliner built by Boeing Commercial Airplanes from 1958 to 1979. Its name is commonly pronounced as "seven oh seven". Although it was not the first jetliner in service, the 707 was the first to be commercially successful. Dominating passenger air transport in the 1960s and remaining common through the 1970s, the 707 is generally credited with ushering in the Jet Age.
This 1:288 scale model of the iconic airliner is now available in one of its' original forms. It features the TF33 turbofans instead of the older J3D turbojets. This is essentially the RC-135V/W stripped down to the original 707 airframe, with modifications made to conform to the original design. Enjoy!
Version 1.2.20220929 - A scaling issue detected in my other Boeing 707 derivatives has been resolved.
