Brooklyn class Seaplane Tender (Axis & Allies)

Fictional USN Brooklyn class cruiser modified to function as a seaplane tender. Same concept as the Japanese Tone class cruiser, with the rear turrets removed to create space for additional aircraft handling facilities, allowing ship to function as a scout for the battle fleet or as a well armed seaplane tender.

With the rear turrets removed there should be space for 2 additional hangars plus catapults. This should allow the ship to carry 10 folding wing floatplanes, or 6 non-folding wing floatplanes. With heavy duty cranes it should be possible to hoist a PBY or other large seaplane on deck for servicing in port.

Set contains two identical models. Models are sized for compatibility with Axis & Allies board game. Dimensions: 54mm long x 6.5mm wide x 8mm tall. Please message me if you would like the model in a different scale.
