Riser Adapter for BMW Navigator Mount

*This is not a product from or made by Bayerische Motoren Werke AG and BMW of North America, LLC (“BMW”), who own the trademarks related to BMW automobiles.* This is an adapter to raise/shift the original BMW Navigator mount cradle. Lift by 3.8cm (~1.5in) and shift towards the driver by 4.6cm (~1.8in). Made on request from a member of the advrider.com forum. You have to supply 4x M4x20mm screws, possibly 4x M4 washers and 4x M4 nuts. All other original parts reused. Because the nylon adapter does not have much grip against the powder coated bar, you should fit a piece of fabric/texile tape underneath. --------- Dies ist ein Adapter, um die originale abschliessbare BMW Navigator Halterung ein Stück zu erhöhen (für bessere Sicht auf Instrumente) und ein bisschen näher zum Fahrer zu bringen. Erhöhung um 3.8cm, Näherung um 4.6cm. Du brauchst ausserdem noch 4x M4x20mm Schrauben (am besten mit Flasch, sonst noch 4 Unterlegscheiben dazu)und 4x M4 Muttern. Alle Originalteile werden wiederverwendet für die Installation. Weil das Material (Nylon) des Adapters nicht sehr viel Grip hat auf dem pulverbeschichteten Haltebügel, sollte unbedingt noch ein Stück Textilband aufgebracht werden auf den Bügel unter dem Adapter.
