Cateye Volt 1600 GoPro Mount

A low profile Cateye Volt 1600 (HL-EL1010RC) replacement base to fit on a standard GoPro mount. 

The Cateye Volt 1600 is a very powerful headlight and excellent for dark backroads and bike paths. The light however can at times be a nuisance to other riders and pedestrians coming the opposite direction. Having this replacement base attached to a standard GoPro mount allows the user to quickly dip the light instead of having to cycle through the various flash options.

Simply unscrew the existing base and replace it with this one. The pictures above shows the attachment integrated to a K-Edge Go Big On-Center mount. I have not tried the base with a Volt 1200, it may or may not fit.
