One of a range of very simialr dive bombers produced for the French Army and Navy in the mid to late 1930s (LN.140, LN.40, LN,41, LN.401, LN.402 & LN.411). A modest number were in service for the Battle of France where they suffered heavy losses against the Luftwaffe. The original prototype (LN.140) was a two seater, the rest were single seaters.
The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 6mm BB.
