Product Description
Cab model for GMC Astro 95 single sleeper (74" BBC) version in for 1/14 RC truck builds. This part is the basic cab only, the detail parts have been removed and are availble seperately. This allows the cab to be made out of more economical material that can be sanded without wrecking the details.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A KIT, SOME SKILLS AT BUILDING ARE REQUIRED AND ADJUSTMENTS FOR FINAL FITMENT MAY BE NECESSARY.
Under the cab are drill marks to locate cab light and air horns, or you can drill your own pattern for a custom set up.
The rear lower section was left straight to allow the builder options in mounting and floor. If you desire to have the prototype cut out that was used to clear the engine, it is marked on the interior of the cab.
Available seperately are window sets and detail sets to complete your cab.
NOTE: The Astro 95 had a spacing from the front bumper to center of steer axle of 28" You will need to relocate your axle forward to put it in the correct location. Keep this in mind when locating the cab on your frame.
