The Basis of the endodontic file stand has an upper outer diameter of 34 mm. A cirular gap of 1,5 mm is requested for the foam pad.

Since  a cirular gap of 1,5 mm is requested for the foam pad in between the Basis and the Cover, the basal inner diameter of the Cover is 37 mm.
The upper ring of the Cover prevents endodontic files from being inserted too close to the edge of the Basis and thereby kinking.
The labeling of this upper ring is optional. In the example, every other hour is clockwise labeled to stab six files in the correct order. The labeling can be made more recognizable by inserting e. g. VenusFlow Opaque and lightcuring it.
Further labels are conceivable for market-standard file sets or individual sequences up to 12 files. You are welcome to contact me.

Please separate the two parts  from each other by breaking the thin connecting bars. Remove these thin bars e.g. with a fingernail clipper and overcast these areas.
