Here is a set of faces for your Toby the Tram Engine customs in HO and OO scale. It includes 9 faces based on Toby's model from the orignal Thomas and Friends television series.
These faces are designed to fit an HO or OO scale class J70 tram. I recommend this body shell for HO modellers:

Those wishing to use these faces on Bachmann's TVS Toby should pick the OO scale option. Additionally, modification to the shell will be required as these were not made with Bachmann's Toby in mind.
