Product Description
While moderate in terms of capability, the HTMS Naresuan class frigate is a curious product: It's a Chinese built ship fully loaded with American built weapons: A MK 45 Mod 2 gun, Harpoon SSM, MK 32. Torpedo tubes and later a 8 cell VLS for ESSM Sea Sparrow.
While it is unknown whether these system are integrated into the ship smoothly, but in the end the Thai navy picked up the Korean DW3000H for their next generation frigate. Whether the systems integrate well or not, maybe the US-China mix of product doesn't exactly make people comfortable.
