Product Description
Nice symmetric pendant in a cross-shape, assumed to originate from around 1475.
The pendant has legs for holding gemstones. Recommended gems are non-faceted cabochons of 4 millimeters round for the center, and 4x6 millimeters for the four surrounding oval stones. For an example, see the photograph at 18k gold plated of the prototype for fitting the gemstones.
As gemstones are a natural product and the polishing procedure my lead to small deviations in size and shape, the actual sizes of your gemstones may vary. The pendant's slots for gemstones offer adequate spacing for such deviations.
This piece of historically inspired jewellery is very well suited as a pendant or hat jewel, as it has an integrated link for your chain or wire.

Thickness from flat back of the cross to end of prong for gemstones: 5 mm
