Product Description
For all TRONICS who believe in Tron (TRX) cryptocurrency , I created this Tron Pendant. Inspired by TRON this is my first 3D-jewel design. Is available in different materials like Steel, Gold, Silver, Platinum. The TRON-pendant is printed using a specialized high-resolution 3D Printer.
How its made: Pendants are fabricated using lost wax casting. First, the pendant is printed in wax using a specialized high-resolution 3D Printer. It is then put in a container where liquid plaster is poured in around it. Once the plaster sets, the wax is melted out in a furnace, and the remaining plaster becomes the mold. Molten material (like silver) is poured into this mold and set to harden. Finally, the plaster is broken away, revealing the new pendant.
* Steel is an affordable and strong metal , with an industrial look and feel. It’s printed using a binder jetting process and is later infused with bronze, creating a material that is 60% steel and 40% bronze and can range in color from a silver gray to reddish bronze :
Gold: Thin layer of 24K gold plating.
Nickel: Thin layer of nickel plating providing a shiny silver gray color.
Bronze: This finish gives the material a brown antique bronze look
Black: The black finish gives the material a dark gray to black look
* Bronze Bronze is a copper-tin alloy with a deep red color (similar to rose gold),offering the pendant a professional, finished look and feel.
It exhibits a subtle marbling effect, and the silvery highlights give each pendant their own unique character adding a vintage look.
* Brass Brass is a material commonly used in jewelry. It is a copper alloy containing 15% zinc, 5% tin and 80% copper. Finishes available:
Natural: Light polishing to achieve a matte, somewhat rough surface
Polished: Hand-polished to achieve a smooth, shiny surface
* Silver Sterling Silver (92.5% silver) is a high quality silver alloy. With several finishing options and the ability to showcase intricate details, silver offers a professional, finished look and feel.
* Gold Gold is the premium metal. Available in yellow, white and rose colors and 14K and 18K, Gold is one of the highest quality materials that we offer.
Gold pendants are 3D printed using a complex five-step process.
* Platinum Platinum is one of the highest quality materials and is a popular material for upscale jewelry.
Platinum models are also 3D printed using a complex five-step process.
