2500 Pittsburg class

This is a listing for a 1/2500 scale TNG era Pittsburg class dilithium mining vessel, used far and wide across the Federation for purposes of dilithium extraction from designated dilithium rich moons and asteroids. This is a similar design to the original Star Trek Armada 1 & 2 strategy game for the PC from the years of 2000 to 2001. The warp engines are older, and this type of starship has no research facilities and enough cabins for 100 crew. Equipped with a light tractor beam and a light cutting beam, it is otherwise defenseless and must be escorted to ensure some measure of safety to the crew and ship.
