HO 8-pk Code 70 Ellis Bumper

Eight Ellis-style bumping posts in HO scale, designed to match code 70 rail. Designed from Reading Company MOW standard plans but suitable for many railroads in the Northeast and beyond. Bottom of post has enough height so rails meet your existing track, but if you use thin profile ties or your ties are buried below grade, some filing/sanding of the bottom may be necessary. Per the prototype plans, the post is slightly off-center for best coupler contact.  To paint, wash it well with Simple Green or plain old dish soap and water and let it dry thoroughly. I recommend priming with any flat gray primer then painting with an acrylic hobby paint of your choice. *A portion of all proceeds benefits the Anthracite Railroads Historical Society!*
