HO/OO Freelance SR flatbed Spoked Bachman

This model is based off of the SR Flatbed/flatcar which was heavily featured in the Tugs and Thomas & Friends television series.  This model takes the underframe of a standard SR 25-ton "Pillbox" Brake Van, and converts it into a flatbed/flatcar.  This version differs from previous releases, in that it has floor planking, side steps, and more spokes of a shorter height.  I wanted to make this wagon feel more like a shunters wagon of sorts.  The Bachmann version of this model features the international Hook and Loop couplings, with hooks included.  The Chain version, on the other hand does not, instead being intended for the more realistic 3-chain and hook coupling system.  All this model needs to get rolling is a set of either Hornby 14.1mm or HO scale 38" wheels.
