Modern German Towbars 1/16 scale

This is a set of the classic "A"-frame towbars used on Bundeswehr recovery vehicles, scaled up to 1:16 scale from the 1:35 original CAD drawing.  Pins for the shackles are on sprues sticking out from the ends - cut these off (without launching the pins!) and smooth off the area where they attached to the body of the poles.  The holes for the pins are 2.2mm diameter in case you need to ream them out with a drill to remove any printing dust.

Offered in Smooth Detail (for best look but highest price), Grey Professional Plastic (slightly cheaper, more grainy texture to clean up), or Versatile Plastic (cheapest, but grainy).  For detailed models I recomend Smooth Detail, but for RC running models maybe the cheaper options might be more strong...
