TC02C EVO AZ STAND UP GEARBOX 3-4 RH 21th May 2017

Hi all,

IMPORTANT NOTICE : ALL THE SCREW HOLES TO BE TAPERED HAVE TO BE RE-DRILLED BY 2.2MM BEFORE THE 1ST ASSEMBLING.

STAND-UP 3/4 gears gearbox designed for TeamC TC02C EVO 2wd mid motor RC EP racing car. It works with 2x 28T or 1x34T idler gears to be ordered from me (Delrin CNC machined).

This set includs 1x RH housing only, the LH housing and a bushing set is needed to complete the gearbox housing.

It fits the stock motor plate and a 84T spur gear covers 3 is available separatly.

That design allows to set simultaneously whole the internal gear meshes according to both 28T idler gears diameter.
It fixes the compatibility issue with Team C aluminum idler gears.
They should also last longer.
3 settings available :
- large (+0.10mm on both idlers diameter)
- normal
- worn (-0.10mm on both idlers diameter)

For reference, the average radial gap between 48DP gears is about 0.13mm.
The 3 gears gearmesh cannot be set.
The general wall thickness does not exceed the original Team C (1.7MM).
