Korbanth Jacen Crystal Chamber Chassis Proffie P1

Chassis for the Korbanth Jacen  style hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.

For this chassis you will also require P2 of the design
This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board
-KR Sabers 28mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-2.1mm x 5.5mm recharge port
-Crystal or my generic chassis crystal (found on shapeways) and single neo pixel

The crystal neopixel requires gluing into the crystal once everything is wired up and tested, and then the crystal requires gluing into the chassis once everything is wired up and tested.
The crystal chamber requires gluing into the main body after the crystal is wired in and before the speaker is installed.
You will have to trim the legs down on the RCP.
The chassis is design for the board to slide into position once tested. We recommend this as the final step. 
Leave the wires for your accent leds and switches extra long so you can pull them through the holes in the hilt with a pair of tweezers after inserting the chassis.
