1:72 XM158 7-shot FFAR rocket launcher (6x)

6 pieces of the XM158 rocket launcher. This 7 shot rocket launcher was extensively used in Vietnam to arm Huey and Cobra gunships. It fired the rockets of the 2,75 inch (70mm) FFAR (folding fin) family. When you consider how popular this launcher was back then in 'Nam, you can say that it's very hard to get in 1:72 scale. About the only option for the modeller is to buy a Special Hobby Cobra, and a set only gives you two of such launchers - and it was not uncommon to see a Cobra in Vietnam armed with four or three of them (when a 20mm gun was ocupying one of the hardpoints). So if you want to accurately outfit your gunship this set is something for you!
