6 inch Hull porthole and outer ring set 1/48

1 x set of 40 fibreglass hull 6 inch portholes and outer rings 1/48th. The hull portholes are designed to fit thourgh most hicknesses on fibre glass hull. The hull will need drilling out with a 5.5mm drill bit. The porthole should be fed through from the inside of the hull and epoxy adhesive placed around the rear flange to seal the port hole in place. Fill any damaged area around the porthole and sand porthole back gentley until it is flush with the hull surface. Bond the outer ring onto the front face of the porthole. 4mm perspex rod 5mm long should be bonded inside the porthole and make sure the edge is flush with the front ring. If necessary apply epoxy resin th=o the rear of the porthole to seal.
