Notes:
  • The space inside the cuff is around 6.2cm accross (I can create custom sizes if you need it)
  • The band's width is 4.5cm

Customising Your Cuffs:
If you print with the cheapest material, Please watch this YouTube video by 3D Printing Nerd (featuring Punished Props) - this video has immensely useful information that can help you get a super smooth finish.
Depending on the material, you might need to sand the cuffs. I strongly recommend using wet-and-dry paper in various grits (starting with the coarsest grits, and working your way to the finer grits) and priming with car primer paint in-between sands. Car primer works the best with this method because it really sticks to the surface, dries evenly and quickly, works great with sanding (some craft primers have peeled when I tried sanding) and it doesn't cost much more than regular primers either, so it's definitely worth the investment.
If you want a factory-smooth-like surface, finish off with a final layer of car-primer paint and sand with a wet, super-fine grit wet-and-dry paper. The results you'll get are mostly determined by your patience, and what you want your finish to be like.

For getting a chrome gold look, some suitable methods to look into:
  • spray paints
  • gold leaf
  • gold plating
  • chrome model paints

My Conditions:
  • You are free to make tutorials on how to customise these, but don't claim it as your own model - make it clear where you bought it from.
  • You can only sell customised versions if you have messaged me and discussed details about it first, and you must be completely transparent with your customers; don't hide the fact that these were originally from Shapeways.
