Suitable for head rests with 14mm supports, 136mm apart, with at least 50mm height, this is the standard headrest on my Seat Leon 2017. There are 4 loops to hold the 3 parts together to reduce handling costs, these snap off.
It's designed for standard M3 cap head screws and nuts, however the part can be clamped in place with a tidy cable tie or other screw sizes if you are prepared to drill the hole out, however it's probably easier to use M3 screws. The 3 parts clamp around the headrest support.
