A true-3D reconstruction of the mitochondrial network of S.Cerevisiae. The cell was captured using a confocal microscope with 0.2 um z-stack. Reconstructed using mitograph, then tidied up and modified in blender (smoother and removed fragmented mitochondria, as these wouldn't print).
