1:16 King Tiger engine hatch (soft-edged domes)

A replacement engine hatch for Trumpeter's 1:16 KT and Jagdtiger kits, including interior detail. This hatch is primarily intented to be displayed open; it's too thick to fit the kit's deck plate, which is too thin compared to the real thing (40 mm, or 2.5 mm in 1:16).

This set contains soft-edged ventilator domes. A set with hard-edged domes and a set with mixed domes are also available.

Some hatched had the female part of the hinges on the hatch itself, on others it was the other way around. The hinges can be fixed in both positions in this set.
