Product Description
The WWII-era motorcycle & sidecar combination produced in Germany and were widely used by the Wehrmacht in Russia and North Africa, though after a period of evaluation it became clear that the motorcycle & sidecar combination was the superior machine. The success and reliability of the shaft-driven motorcycle during the WWII led to the US Army requesting a production of a similar shaft-driven cycle for American troops. This led to producing the first US-made shaft driven model, which was a near duplicate of the German-made.
This kit contains all necessary parts for assembling THREE WWII-era Wehrmacht motorcycle miniatures with sidecars and THREE MG-42 machinegun miniatures, under 1/100 scale. They can make a fine diorama display alongside with same scale figures or other vehicles, although they will look just fine on their own of course. Any additional diorama accessories are not included and should be purchased separately.
