VR N Scale KC Wagon

The KC series of fixed wheel wagons were converted from IY open wagons and were used to carry specialised non-ISO container traffic. By the 1970's,these wagons provided dedicated transport for tallow, primarily between Melbourne and Wodonga. With downturn in tallow traffic however, these wagons were removed from service by the mid-1980s.

This product contsists of the KC wagon body and can be finished with a variety of brass etch details including brake wheel and shunter step. Tallow containers can be purchased independently for use with this model here. Alternatively this wagon and tallow containers can be purchased as a combined set here.
